We are a Group of CFO/CXO level professionals who after a long stint (Apporx 2 Decades on an average) with Industry are pursuing their dreams of building business along with promoters. We offer CFO / Board Advisory Services to corporates which includes Fund Raising also. We are on mission to make our Clients grow and sustain on long term. The purpose is, to be associated with promoters of SME corporates who can’t afford to have high quality professionals (due to cost and other constraints), as regularly employed with them.
People, Process & Strategy are key Execution strategies. We are developing AV Capital to be a Global Advisory Platform: to cater to millions of SME across different business segments by allowing at the same time different seasoned professionals to join the revolution on co ownership basis.
This initiative has been supported by network of 12k+ Finance professionals across industry/ geographies. We work in full tandem with Promoters and HOD’s as FRIEND, PHILOSOPHER & GUIDE
During our services we work as quasi CFO to the group under most favorable terms to the Group. Our 1st Focus is on Finance & Accounts department – Structural reforms and efficient fund raising. By People, Process and Strategy framework, elevate financial performance, while reducing cost of funds. We assess the finance strategy and vision of the organisation and help to design and implement changes in that, built processes and systems to boost the overall value of your finance.
Quarterly execution target is main differentiator.

We work in full tandem with Promoters and HOD’s as Friend Philosopher & Guide. During our services we work as Quasi CFO to the group under most favorable terms to the Group. Our 1st Focus is on Finance & Accounts department’s Structural reforms and efficient fund raising. People, Process and Strategy framework, elevate financial performance, while reducing cost fund. Setting up Quarterly Targets for performance monitoring.
